FitMall started after our founder moved to Rwanda and experienced the same gym frustrations users face every day: manual check-ins, subscription lookups on spreadsheets, and payment confirmations that slowed everyone down.
We've seen these same operational issues in both Rwanda and Nigeria. So we built FitMall for how gyms here actually run: mobile-first, payment-ready, and simple QR check-ins with reliable member records.
